Fell of the good wagon
Not a good weekend for me as I fell of the good eating program. I ended up eating pizza and a cheese-steak. I also have to go out of town tomorrow on business so a little worried with that also. Been on this since Thanksgiving with a 28lb loss so I guess I should feel good with that?

Try making a list of "good" options that you can have while out of town.
Burger with lettuce bun Salad with chicken and vinaigrette dressing Steak and veggies (many restaurants with this option) What else can you think of? What restaurants do you normally frequent? Can you take some snacks with you (or can you find a grocery store and buy them when you get there?) When I go out of town, I will bring fruit and nuts with me as snacks. I will also buy some low fat cottage cheese, string cheese, and yogurt when I get there and keep in the in-room fridge. Maybe celery sticks and peanut butter or low fat cream cheese? Some grocery stores sell hard boiled eggs in a bag. You can even buy some grilled chicken breasts at the store too. |
