Food Tracking
I am sure everyone uses their Medi food tracker, there are alot of sources for good info out there but I just wanted to share one I use that has an app for your smartphone. *********** has a food/weight/measurement tracker you can use for free, it also allows you to set the things you are tracking as preferences like calories, fiber or carbs etc... It has some low carb forums as well for recipes also (just have to watch as they may be LC but not Medi based) Anyway... just wanted to share that

I use Livestrong and the app on my phone. I used it the last time I did Medi too and I love how you can enter brand names or restaurant dishes and it has the info already in there. It also has an exercise tracker where I can record my exercise/calories burned. Really keeps me accountable
So nice that there are so many great options out there! |
