I only lost a half pound this last week but I know why so I have to fix that.
Had some extra stress and was sloppier last Thurs., Fri, and Sat.
If I get off my butt and do something for exercise only 30 minutes a day I know that will make a difference cause it has in the past.

Still, I haven't had a gain or a "stayed the same" week since I started MWL.

yahoo on your loss. I have had a lot of work stress last week so I am hoping that stress is not going to make me have a gain or no loss on Tuesday. ha ha

Hope your weigh-in yesterday went wewl.
Mine is tomorrow.

Just yesterday I started wearing some shorts I haven't worn in at least 6 or 8 years.
That's motivating !

I lost 3 1/2 lbs. this week !
I haven't had a week that good since the first part of December.
Another half pound and I'm halfway there.
Now I have to really look at what I ate last week and What did I do different from all the weeks in between.

Another reason to use the food journal !
You never know when you'll stumble across a better food combination and that's different for everybody.....

It's also important for when you're dealing with bad emotions or situations that have you heading for the kitchen.
No matter what you ate or drank, write it down.
Later on, see what you ate or drank at the same time the bad situation or emotion was going on.

I lost half a lb. this last week.
Weighed in today instead of yesterday since Valentine's Day was Tuesday.
Enjoyed a few too many carbs V. Day.
I wanted 2 solid days of very low carbs before my weigh-in.

Then I was on the way home and realized I had forgotten to take off my shorts before I got on their scale !
I've done that the last 4 weigh-ins and worn the same t-shirt to keep the clothes' weight consistant.

My shorts weigh 15 3/4 oz.....so I actually lost about 1 1/2 lbs. this week.

Oh well, I'll remember next week and that'll make up for it.

good job Suze.
I have lost 18.5 pounds so far and I start my week 8 tomorrow.
I am starting to feel better about myself which is a good thing.
How are you doing?
