starting over
Hi all. I lost a bunch of weight with medi last spring and kept it off all summer and fall. this winter I have gained some back due to some scheduling/traveling/stress. anyway, I want to start over, but dont remember all of week 1-2.
I seem to remember they told me to have between 800-1000 calories (they told me it was because I am a male and pretty active). I dont remember what they told me was off limits the first two weeks though. I dont have a ton of money, and am not looking to go back to the center if I dont absolutely have to. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance. |

Hi kermit,
Only lean proteins the first week. The 2nd week you add 2 non-starch vegetable servings: Each serving is 1 cup raw vegetable or 1/2 cup cooked vegetable You have the option of substituting one of the veggie servings for one fruit serving. Sorry, I don't know if those servings are bigger for men or not. And don't forget eight 16 oz. glasses of water. That's how I drink them - in 16 oz. glasses. I drink 2 of those glasses before eating breakfast. By the time you get around to eating breakfast, the water has moved on and isn't in the way. All zero calorie and zero carb liquids count as your water. Hope this helps. Anyone who spots a mistake please correct me. |
