Do men get more cals or carbs?
Doing this on my own, and just trying to figure it out from what I can on the internet as there is no center anywhere near me.
My hubby is also interested in losing weight and trying this plan. Do men also get the same number of calories, carbs, protein? I always thought men usually get more calories because their bodies expend more energy. Thoughts? |

I don't know. I've had 600-800 calories all along, and I know some people on here have had 500. I'm not sure if that's a difference in centers or if it's based on starting weight.
