Its Florida.. we arnt supposed to get cold The worst part about it getting cold is now I want coffee.. and if I drink coffee I want cream in it! This has been the hardest 2 weeks so far and I am so glad the holidays are gone so I can get back on track to my goals!! 2012 is our year and we are all going to look awesome by 2013!!

okay. ate poorly last night and was 137.5 however, I think it was water weight. Today I was great. Will weigh in tomorrow and write it all down. It is amazing the difference when I write down calories and when I don't/

well today I did not weight. First day in 3 weeks. I have been on this diet for 3 weeks and have gone from 149 to 134 on my scale but only losing 9.5 on their scale. I am really tired today as TOM is here and I usually feed PMS with garbage but I have been on plan to a tee but feel a little weak and dizzy for the first time. I think maybe my iron is a little lower. I will weight and see what I am tomorrow morning.

Im on day 2 of week 1 now... by my scale im already dropping, I am in total shock of how I am not starving but the AS really helps and I am not jittery or anything. Your doing great dont let that tom take you down! I look forward to seeing your weights on my scale! Stay positive!

132 today and I was good all week and then ate gelato tonight. so I made one bad choice. I am blown away that after the ice cream..like and hour or so later after I ate it...My keto stick was still dark purple...

I was down 6.2 first week, im halfway through the 2nd. I was nervous adding in the veggies but I seem to be staying in Ketosis. The clinic wants me to do 800 calories a day but I am struggling to get to that mark... it used to be so easy with all the bad food lol... My scale seems to be stuck hoping next Monday's weigh in proves otherwise Thanks for asking!

i ate off plan one Monday but ate well all week and I have not lost a pound. Still 131. However, I got their bars and I thik they are stalling me Keep it up and we will both hit goal

I am still sticking to the program, week 3 weigh in was only 0.7 but she says it was fat not water so I am happy with that. (total is 8.8 down now)
I had a panic attack moment last night... I sat down and ate half a jello cup and realized I didnt buy the usual sugar free... Happily I stayed in ketosis

Its awsome your so close to goal, your in Florida you should celebrate with a beach day... show it off!

I have found that shakes are much easier for me to take to work. Also, I ordered some ostrich sticks and they are alot like slim jims except they are 94 percent fat free and very high in protein and potassium. Might want to check them out. Very filling
I was 127 today!!!!!

Congratulations! You are doing great! I have weigh in tomorrow and I'm nervous. I was stalled from last Tuesday to this Tuesday and I'm hoping to have at least lost 2 lbs.
