I start in a WEEK!
I start Medi in a week!!
I'm really nervous because I'm going to ATL the first week in January so I won't be able to make it to a clinic.. is this going to be a huge issue? Also, any suggestions for easy to eat things while in a different city?! Pleasee any advice would be greatly appreciated. |

Good for you! This plan works and the more you stick to it, the easier it gets. When I traveled early on, I bought/brought cans of tuna, packs of turkey pepperoni, pre-packaged cooked chicken breast and I would buy deli meats when i got there. I also love the pure protein bars and shakes ans snack packs of almonds. I always have powerade, too. Maybe you can even find a clinic in the area you are travelling to? Good luck!
