Beginning The Medi Diet yet again...help please!
Hello everyone,
So I have done the Medi Weight loss diet many times within their clinic, always losing alot of weight, but this time, I don't have the funds to go to the clinic, so I will be doing the diet on my own, WITHOUT appetite suppressants. I've just one question: During week one, are dairy products (mozzarella cheese, medi protein shake, low carb yogurt) allowed? This is one thing I cannot remember. I've only one weakness to this diet, and it's evil name is Peanut Butter. My addiction. Any tips on how to control cravings for it? Thanks, Chapman182 |

Hi Chapman, You can do this! I started just about a year ago and have only used the AS a handful of times because I never liked how they made me feel. I find that when I'm in ketosis, it feels like I am taking an appetitite supressant and it makes sticking to the plan easier. When I do week one, I always skip dairy, but I do include protein shakes. For peanut cravings, I bought the 100 cal packs of almonds. I also bought PB2 and mixed it with some sugar free syrup and it felt like i was eating a big spoon full of peanut butter. Good luck!
