week 2 update

hey y' all!

I went for my weigh in today and lost another 2.4 pounds! In total thats 11.8 lbs!!!! I couldnt be happier! I have 15 pounds to go. Im loving this diet! It has been pretty easy for the most part. I love the recipies they have on the site and my clinic is filled with wonderful people.

thanks yall! Im so surpirsed that I lost this week with my candy blow out cheat last monday!
