Medi Work Snacks
Any ideas or suggestions of quick, "grab and go" snacks that I can bring to work? I've had a lot of string cheese and turkey pepperoni.... Thanks!

I do cheese too (string, Laughing Cow, wrapped slices, and cottage cheese).

If you're doing fruit yet, then grapes are good.

MediFast brownies and puddings are super nutritious, reasonably low-carb, and easy to make anywhere that has a microwave (for brownies) or you can bring a battery-powered whisk (for the pudding). I got my whisk for $3 on eBay.

Laughing Cow cheese and luchmeat to roll it up into. Plain Greek yogurt and Crystal Light packets to flavor it. Small cottage cheese containers. Tuna in the foil pouchs and keep a light squeezable mayo in work fridge. Dill gherkin pickles.
