Going to Disney World Next Month

and I need some good recommendations of places to eat that are medi-friendly. I would really like to maintain if not lose weight while on vacation. I know it is going to take lots of determination and will power along with a little bit of advanced planning.

I have tried searching the forums on this topic but I don't seem to be typing good key words and thus my search has been empty so far.

Just use your Medi knowledge, eat lean meats that are not breaded or fried. If a meal is plated with a veg and starch, ask to have the starch eliminated and double the veggies. Drink water, unsweetened tea, water etc. Pass up dessert, but if determined choose a fruit based dessert.

Eating at Disney is one of my favorite aspects to the vacation. You could probably up your calories a bit since you will be walking many miles in a single day.

Also if you search the threads I remember about a 1 to 1 1/2 yrs ago there was a discussion about whee to eat at in Disney. At the time there were several season pass holders that were on Medi. Maybe under the thread about traveling? Good luck and have a great time, this is the best time of the year to visit the parks.
