Please forgive me if this seems like a stupid question; I have an idea but would like an explanation, in case I'm wrong?

Do you eat low carb too?

Medi weight loss is low carb but it is also low fat. If you look at the newbie thread you should be able to get a lot of information. There are clinics all over the states now. I have been doing it for a little over 5 weeks. Good Luck!
