Went for my 2nd weigh-in yesterday, and loss no pounds, but loss 2.5 fat. This is so confusing for me. I have not cheated on the plan, and was shocked at no loss. Anyone ever experience this. I'm not giving up.

Only lost 2.2lb but 3 of fat. I was like huh??? But I was retaining water, which is what you were probably doing OR you gained muscle.
Ask for them to explain your Tanita slip to you in detail :-)
