Keep Losing Fat Pounds
I'm new here but not to the MWL program. I started June 6th and I'm 1 pound away from being down 50 pounds. My last three weeks weigh-ins resulted in down 2, 3 & 1.6#. The good news is I was told it was all fat pounds! I have 17 pounds to my goal an want to be there before Thanksgiving. I haven't started exercising yet, so these pounds shed pretty easily. In fact only one week did I gain weight and it was only 1 pound. Oddly enough it was a week I spent having some medical tests done and I was taking IV's.
Anyway, glad to find this group and if I can offer anyone advice just ask...or if anyone can give me a heads-up on what I have to look forward to, please post your thoughts. Keep up the good work everyone...
