I messed Up

Ok can someone please help me. I slipped today for the first time in three weeks. I have already lost 18 pounds but today I had a turkey sandwich and a few not a lot but a few chips and one bite of an enchilada. I am afraid I completely messed up the track I was on. Has anyone slipped up before and if so did you just start up where you left off the next day and could you get your body back in fat/weight loss mode.

Don't sweat it. I messed up on day 3 and 4 of my first week on Medi. It knocked me out of ketosis, but I jumped back on plan and was back in ketosis within 24-48 hours and I still managed to lose 8lbs. You're human, mistakes are inevitable and it is a learning curve. Don't beat yourself up. Just get back to doing what you know you should be doing. Hope this helps.

Thank you that helps to know I am not the only one who messes up. I do have a question did you ever use chicken broth to help curb your hunger. I have heard others talk about it but didnt know if it was ok during the acute phase or not and which kind to use. Anyway thanks for the help it really did help.

Hey Shay, chicken broth is fantastic! I got a low sodium brand, to help with water retention, but it's perfect when you're hungry late and don't want calories. I might actually make a mug now, since my stomach is growling
