Pills
Hello everyone. I am new to this forum. I am on week 1, day 4. I'm doing good with my eating, and drinking. My issue is taking so many pills multiple times a day. They make me gag. Anyone else have this issue. Also, the colon cleanser is not working for me. I increased to two, and still nothing. Any advice?

I have heard if you drink with a straw while taking pills it is easier. Got this from a nurse friend when trying to tach kids to take pills.
I haven't used the colon cleanse. Maybe someone else can answer? Hopefully if you drink all your water you won't need it! |

The colon cleanser pills never worked for me either. A few people on the site have recommended magnesium, which i purchased after my colon cleanser pills were done, and they have worked better for me.

I hate taking multiple pills as well i usually fill my mouth with water and put the pill in and take another huge gulp of water and swallow it all it makes it a lot easier. I do have to swallow them one at a time though. For the colon clenser, i have taken it everyday and I have consistently evacuated every other day. I haven't tried not taking it to so since my diet isnt rich in fiber I assume it is the colon cleanser. But drinking tons of water definitely helps.
