sagging skin

I just started medi weightloss and have a little over 100 lbs to lose. Has anyone had any issues with sagging skin or know of a way to prevent it as much as possible? All comments are welcome. Thanks!

people will say all sorts of things, but the fact is it's genetics and age. they don't know what they would have looked like if they DIDN'T do whatever trick it is they credit with their success, you know? probably the faster you lose the worse it is. I think that is the only controllable factor.

Good question! I was thinking of asking the same. Hope there are some posts.

I wondered with the fat loss if your skin would shrink back some?

Sagging Skin

You have to work out as you lose weight which worked for me. Once I stopped working out but continued to lose weight I became kind of saggy :( YOU MUST WORKOUT by toning your body. What worked best for me is doing anything for first 5 to 10 minute get your heart rate up then the rest of the time do light weights of 0-30 lbs with lots of reps. TAEBO Is my favorite although it was very difficult when I was at a higher weight to do but as I lost weight, became easier. Goodluck!
