First week!

Did really well the first week! I lost 11.something pounds! I bought the colen cleanse at the clinic. I took 2 pills because it said take 1-2 pill at night so being brave I took 2. Today at work I cannot be to far away from the toilet! But all in all I guess it cleansed my colon. Lol!
I hope next week was as hood as this week and look forward to adding in exercise when I can.
