Medi weight loss wk 5

The weight is coming off. I have loss 12 pounds. Seems to get easier as the weeks go by. Anyone else on the network who is on the diet--who would like to chat?

I did Medi last fall, worth every penny. The biggest difference between Medi and many of the posters on the this site is that Medi is low carb AND low fat AND low calorie. There are only 1 or 2 other diets that are as calorie restrictive as Medi is. But it works, and you're right, it was easier as the weeks went by...in fact when I reached my goal, I had to force myself to eat more because I kept losing, I was so used to eating such a small amount that it felt normal. Please throw out any questions you have a and I will try to answer best I can, but also the link to the Medi forum above is very helpful...I used it alot, especially when I was just starting out. There's a very long thread about tips/tricks for beginners on Medi that is really good with so much info.
