MS Word Daily Nutrition & Workout Log!
The good people of Microsoft have recently shared a Word document that allows you to keep track of your daily nutrition and workout information. The best part is that it is fully editable so you can tweak it to your liking (in other words, make it more "Medi-friendly").

Thanks! I signed up for MyPlate on Livestrong.com. I'm going to print that out and use it instead of the new journal they gave me that doesn't even have a row for tracking carbs.
I'll start using this if I end up hating myplate. |
