Has anyone tried T-Tapp or Callanetics??
I "won" a T-Tapp exercise CD at least a year ago, after a friend told me she read an article about it in a woman's magazine. Then today I was reading a little on the Exercise board here on LCF and saw it has it's own thread along with some amazing pictures. I went through my CD, and see it's really more of an instructional CD instead of the real program, but it's interesting, so just wanted some more feedback.
Callanetics is an OLD program and I think it's only available on VHS (but I might be wrong) Does anyone know anything about it? It sounds like they both might be good for tightening up some baggy body parts!

Callanetics is an oldie but goodie. There are still Callanetics studios around the country. I have replaced my old tapes with CDs. If you are interested send me a message and I can help you find them.
And it is a really good program that works quite well. Almost better than some of the newer ones! Jo |
