Hi All,
I just had to replace all of my supplements, since I just ran out of my super starter pack... What would you recommend? Next time, what do you guys get every month? Do ya'll stick with all of the supplements, or pick certain ones? Thanks! |

My center said I could use my own calcium, and Omega 3, and the multi vit was part of the fee, so I figured I might as well use theirs
I also used the Appetite Suppressant, and Fat burner, and did the two MIC shots a week (we took ours home and injected ourselves)We used regular Magnesium instead of the colon product (It's much cheaper) I also used my own protein powder (Syntrax Nectar....or Syntrax Sweets from Netrition) it has ZERO carbs. |

I posted on here about a rash about a week ago and I just wanted to give an update in case anyone else sees something similar. I did some Googling and saw where a few people got rashes when they were in ketosis. There were some suggestions here that it may be from my susnscreen but I checked the sunscreen I'd been using and it was PABA free. Just to play it safe I stayed out of the sun for a few days and didn't apply sunscreen.
I went into Maintenance on Tuesday and this morning I was out of ketosis. My rash is no longer itchy and the redness is gone. There are still some residual leftovers from it but they appear to be fading. Going into Maintenance I did not change any of my supplements or my AS. I was already at 2 a day with the AS and that is what the doctor said to do for 3 more days. I just have to believe it was the ketosis. Looking back I wouldn't change a thing. My arms look icky but at least my butt is smaller!! Hopefully I am a rarity but I just wanted to post something here since I was having a hard time diagnosing the reason. Again, no proof but the difference is amazing. |

I use many of my own supplements from Walgreens. But I still buy the MWL Fat Burners because I know that they do not make my heart race. I've been going to the clinic intermittently so that I still have AS. When I go in I also get both injections.
