Day 3 of Medi!

Today is my 3rd day on Medi and I couldn't be happier!
I did my ketone test this morning after a few other trips to the powder room and I'm currently showing results in the upper dark purple range at 80mg. I am super psyhed!

My body is where it needs to be to start burning the fat - woop woop!

That's great that you are in ketosis! Now, any energy your body needs it gets from burning fat! Burn baby burn!

Just be sure you are drinking enough water. I've been told that results in the dark purple range indicate dehydration.
