How do you count your "extra's"?
Do you count carbs, calories or both? And what are your goals or limits for them? I was told to stick to only foods on the list, 500 cal. Of protein and my 2 veggies and a fat. I asked about all the stuff that in not on the list but in recipes they hand out and was just "yeah, it's confusing". Ugh.
I then asked how many calories and carbs for the day and was told between 20-30 carbs and about 800 calories. This should help me. Do you log your food intake online? Which site is best? |

I started using *********.com for my journaling and it is great for me!! I continue to wonder what the daily carb "average" is for most using the Medi WOE. I am trying to keep mine around 25. Thanks for asking this question... I will be looking forward to your answers. Be blessed!! ~* Sherri *~ |
Have you seen the EZ Sweet drops? You can find them online at Netrition and on Amazon. They are fantastic! Only one or two drops equal a packet of sweetner, no aftertaste and no carbs.
I joined Myfittnesspal and love it. I think this is going to really help me to stick to the plan with less confusion. Thanks! |

Thanks Lisaann and Mary!
I have been looking for liquid artificial sweetener in the grocery store...but, haven't seen any yet. I have ordered from Netrition once before so this is a MUST for me. I have used the sugar free syrups for my coffee and hot tea and it is just not quite sweet enough for me. This will be great! Sherri |
This stuff will fit the bill then! It is really sweet! I use only 1drop in my hot tea. Even DH can't tell that it isn't real sugar.
