okay down 4 pounds now this week. that's more like it! very happy with that loss. Wonder if it's because I started adding the 3rd pill in? I don't eat anything after dinner with or without it, so could it really matter?

I don't think so.. I haven't taken the pills since my first week. You probably had lost fat but were holding onto water and your body finally decided to let it go! Whatever did it, congrats!

Wow Jessica you are sticking to this LCD without the help of the pills? That's amazing. I don't know if I could do it. Im 6 pounds away from the 140's. I want them so bad I can taste it and tastes like skinny!

I'm taking the one pill/day. It's called phentermine and its wonderful! I commend you too Jessica. Can't do it without the pills. They switched me so that I could be more consistent and its working! I guess in a few weeks they will take me off that and start me back on the phentdimetrazine until I'm weaned off.

Thanks TipsyCherry & Nurseingu! They didn't do much for me so I tried the 2nd week without them and it went pretty good. So I haven't taken them since day 6 of my 1st week. TipsyCherry you'll be to the 140s in no time! Nurseingu does the phentermine work any better than the phendimetrazine? I'm glad its working!!

So of you were inquiring how I am doing this plan without the help of the clinic...

Well for starters I have done this before with a clinic and lost 28 pounds, I regained after studying abroad in Argentina and then got back down pretty low... After my 22nd birthday I rose again and now I am here ready to get back into it.

1- I use the B-12 under the tongue tabs from Target to suffice for the shots, yes the shots are better, but the B-12 is still there
2- I KNOW the plan!! I know how to do this and how to live this!
3- These boards provide sooo much support so make use of it

Wish me luck as I take this on and hope you guys enjoy hearing from me!

New Here!

Hello everyone!

I'm very excited to see this forum...I had my initial appointment this morning, weighed in at 216...up from about 180 this time last year after having lost 60 lbs on a regular low carb diet. I started taking some meds and gained back 30 lbs, and doing my regular low carb routine wasn't helping, I could not get the scale to go under 206!

Anywho, very excited to start and get the weight off. Got the injection as well as supplements (vitamin, calcium, app suppresant and another fat burner).

I need positive vibes sent my way! My fiance is coming home Friday after being gone a month (he's a trucker) so we are going out of town and getting a hotel on the beach, and he wants to eat at this seafood restaurant, and then we have a family dinner Sunday. This has been my downfall, whenever he comes home its usually after a long period of time and I want to enjoy our time together, go out to dinner, cook for each other (we're both foodies)....But I can't keep letting the scale creep up and up and up!

My first weigh-in will be Monday, wish me luck!

Coffee creamers

Hi, I just back with mediweight and have developed a coffee habit . Most of the cream or flavored creamers are high In carb, at a restaurant I put 2 of the creamers in a cup and if I don't empty it I just use one with a reheat. At the gas station I use 4 to 6 of the flavored creamers. Any suggestions on what I could use in place of those high carb creamers?

Use a sugar free non-dairy creamer. 2 carbs per serving.

Getting started today. I am not on the mediweightloss, but doing wonderslim. It seems this is the closest to my plan. I need support so I hope yall will let me interact with you. I dont have the money for the plan. I am doing shakes/low carb real food.

I have so much to learn and welcome any advice.

checking in

Just checking in, had my first weigh-in this mronign after starting last Wednesday, down 9 lbs but my fat % increased, which they said was normal since the first week you lost mostly water weight? Anyone else have that? I'm happy with the water loss, just hope to get into the fat burner part now!

Down 2.9 yesterday! After two weeks only losing .4 each week I was getting a bit disappointed. I got the mid week shots this time..maybe that was the difference... Now I'm on my own until April 16th as I'll be headed to Thailand on Friday.. Hope i can maintain my loss while I'm gone!! Great job everyone...there have been some awesome losses in a short amount of time..me 5 weeks down 17.3 .

my week 1-2

Hello ladies.. I've been lurking for a while but I think this thread is a awesome way to keep each other motivation.

I just finished my second week and had my weight in today.

My first week I lost 7.6 pounds (6.5 pds of fat and 1.1 pds of water).
My second week (not the best results ), but I lost 2 pounds (1 pd of fat and 1 pd of water).

I wanted to lose like 3 pounds but I will take the 2 pounds. I just know that I have to do better this week. I am going to begin to incoportate working out this week so hopefully that will help me.

Good luck ladies.

first timer

I heard about this from a firend and she is coaching me through this with out the help of a clinic. This is my first week and I am on day 2. I am taking vitamins to supplement for the shot and fat burner that the clinic provides. Just a question so no cheese the first week not even fat free 1 carb?

I have been doing weight watchers but felt like the new points system wasn't doing enough. I am 147 and 5"7"
I would really like to be under 140.

Just Started

I am on Day 5 of week one. I have stuck to the plan, but am waiting on my weigh in Thursday to see my success. I did not take any of the appetite suppressants they gave me, but have taken the fish oil, calcium, multi-vitamin and fat burner. Does the prescription pill help the weight loss or is it all the same as long as you stay in the calorie range?

We can eat cheese at my clinic... make sure it is Reduced fat or Fat free or light. I had the Laughing Cow cheese, light mozzarella string cheese and other types.

The appetite suppressant just curbs your appetite, you'll still lose just fine without it as long as you stay within your calorie and carb range. I haven't taken the appetite suppressants since the end of my 1st week. Good luck on Thursday!!

Some clinics don't allow cheese or dairy the first week, but mine did. I was allowed low fat cheeses, yogurt and cottage cheese.
