A Quick Question about Electrolytes
Hi Everyone!
A Medi Weightloss newbie here- I just started on Tuesday :-). A quick question about the electrolyte requirement. In my week 1 information packet it says to include 16 oz of a no calorie electrolyte solution in my daily water intake. My question: can we drink MORE than the 16 or are we required to stick to exactly 16 oz. Although water is great (yawn), I'd be a lot happier if I could satisfy my fluid needs with more than 16 oz of Powerade Zero. Thanks in advance! Courtney |

You can also go the other way - I didn't want the artificial stuff in the electrolyte drinks, so I stuck with water and took a daily potassium supplement.
