Obviously no shots as I don't go to a clinic, but I think I would probably say no to those too. I have enough energy and don't need b12/b6 shot..I would just take a supplement. Someone was saying about needing more calories when it's TOM...yes I looked at my food diary and see during TOM my calories go up more on the 700-900 side. Which is what is going on this week. Today I consumed 949 after I finished dinner, but I also did an hour of heated yoga- room is heated to 98 degrees. Maybe I am making myself too stressed about this and should just wait and see where I am at after TOM is over. I just want this to continue working for me and not be like every other diet where my body just adjusts and gets comfortable. I have to say though eating this way- I don't have any symptoms of TOM at ALL! other than lack of weight loss. Last edited by Kristine29; 04-01-2011 at 06:06 PM.. |

Since I started the B6/12 shots and the fat burner, I have been have a lot of perspiring. It's not the same as my hot flashes/night sweats. It's kind of a clammy feeling. Could it be from the meds??

Erica, I havent mixed it up at all since I started. I think my getting sloppy was a combinationof getting bored with what I eat and feeling a little too comfortable. This week I have tried a couple of medi recipes and changed up the food and exercise, so we'll see. It is a lot of money, but I agree it's worth it. I'm back to going to the center every week instead of every other until I get the scale moving in the right direction
It is the one that works! Barb |

Thanks to Rachel for getting the April thread started. I have been working some very heavy duty overtime and just got a bit overwhelmed.
WTG Rachel, many thanks! Jo |
