New to this--2 quick questions
Hi everyone! Nice to meet you all and I've been lurking a while before I actually started MWL and joined LCF.
Today was day one, I felt pretty good all day...not too hungry with the "AS" on board.
Quick question from some of you who have been doing this a while- I'm not a huge breakfast eater, but as I am learning..I HAVE to eat breakfast. Is it permissible to eat 1/2 of a Greek Yogurt at breakfast and the other 1/2 at lunch? I did that today, I ate 1/2 at breakfast with some turkey sausage and I hate the other 1/2 of the container with my lunch. Thoughts?
Also, is the Whey Protein powder they sell at MWL good? Thinking of buying it. Or is there a comparable brand available at CVS, Walgreens, Target, Walmart that works just as well? How does it taste and is it a good breakfast? Is Choc. or Van. better?
I am doing the 600 cal. version of this. Today, I consumed 595 cal. and I drank so much water, I think people could actually hear me slosh when I walked! :)
