Hi, My name is Sarah and I am very new to this program. I am about 75 lbs over weight. I have a daughter. I used to be tiny but I had a horrible pregnancy and it caused ALOT of weight gain. I lost 30 of it so far and I seem to be stuck there. So hopefully this will help. I am on my first week and going for my second visit today. I am on the 650 calorie diet which is realy easy for me sence I was not eating enough to begin with. So hopefully this will work!:shake:

I'm on my 3rd week, just had my check up yesterday. 9 pounds down so far, 45 to go.

Hi everyone, I am Lynn in Ohio.
I am on my 5 th week and am down 20 lbs. The best diet I have ever tried. the pills help me alot too but my mouth is really dry and so that good in a way cause it makes me drink my water.
I am so glad I found this site. In fact my nurse at Medi told me about it.

Welcome Sarah, Wow 650 calories...I am in week three and eating 500 protein calories plus veggies. It get's easier every week trust me!
