Soy Flour and Thyroid Issues???
Does anyone use soy flour or know much about it? I have read conflicting opinions about the stuff and I would like to get more feedback if any of you ladies use it. I have read that it is not good to use it because it can cause thyroid problems and that is something I don’t need now that I am on meds for my thyroid already. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm just keeping things pretty plain, but you may get better answers from some of the people who have done Medi longer

I am on medication for hypothyroid issue and I avoid all soy products as much as possible. It's a pain because it's in so many things, especially in the protein powders and bars that I use on Medi.
