Chinese Food - Beef and Broccoli
Chinese Stir Fry Beef and Broccoli

What do you guys think? Good for our diet?

I would think probably okay if you order it w/o sauce. Just a guess though!

if you make it at home and control the sauce, great! eating out, not so much. there are so many carbs in almost every component of the sauces in Chinese restaurant cooking. I just see no way to avoid it.

I order steamed chicken (or shrimp) and broccoli at our local Chinese restaurant without any sauce. A little bland, but fits the diet and lets me eat at a restaurant. I get a 'to-go' box and have lunch for the next day too. I think you could use a little soy sauce since it is low cal/carb, but it is so high in sodium, I know I would bloat up!
