can someone please double check week 2 info for me
what I think I understood today is 500 calories of protein. also have 20g of carbs from the vegie/fruit list and do not count them as calories. Do not count the carb in the proteins as your 20 carbs. add one fat like amonds and I can have a snack off the list.
they said if i use their bars to count it as a carb 5g.. s that would go toward my 20 for the day.
Do you have to eat 20g she said yes but isnt that alot all of this?
