Why no Lettuce on the list for week 2 and beyond?
 
Getting ready to start week 2. Can anyone tell me why lettuce isn't on the list for week 2 and beyond? No carbs, low calories, low glycemic index..........is there some reason it's not on the list?

Hmmmm.....what list are you referring to? I ate salad from week 2 to now in transition. My clinic even said how to fill a 1-cup serving to be sure I was packing the lettuce in.....you can fit a lot into 1 cup! Bring your question to the January thread, you'll get more responses!

I agree ~ it was on all my lists after week 1 & is a staple in my diet. Better check with your clinic... I've found from this site that the clinics tend to differ in their lists.

Lettuce was on my list after week one; I ate it almost everyday.
