Week 2: What food changes?
I'm on day 4 of week 1; other than headaches and an occasional willingness to shoot someone for a loaf of bread and butter, all is well and the weight is falling off. What will I be adding in for week 2 and beyond? I don't weigh in until next Tuesday, but want to pick up what I need at the grocery store this weekend. Thanks!

Take a look at the following thread for week one and beyond..getting started with the program...a lot of help, tips and support to be found there.
Welcome Newbies! Helpful info for week 1. Also your clinic will provide a lot of the info you are requesting when you go in. That said you will be allowed a limited amount of vegetables/fruits. Jo |
