Week 2: What food changes?
I'm on day 4 of week 1; other than headaches and an occasional willingness to shoot someone for a loaf of bread and butter, all is well and the weight is falling off. What will I be adding in for week 2 and beyond? I don't weigh in until next Tuesday, but want to pick up what I need at the grocery store this weekend. Thanks!

Also your clinic will provide a lot of the info you are requesting when you go in. That said you will be allowed a limited amount of vegetables/fruits.
