2011 Challenge - Can you give one more degree?

I for one am ready to 'bump' it up a degree. Work harder, stronger and smarter to finish this weight loss journey and transition to maintanance. Anyone else willing to take the Challange?
1) "Stay on plan". Limit off plan days to 1 planned meal a month.
2) Exercise to burn 600 - 800 extra calories a day by:
a) Work with a trainer to boost my workout on a weekly basis.
b) Up at 5 am for a 30 minute workout 5 days a week prior to going to work.
c) Do 6 group exercise classes a week.
d) Weigh lifting for an hour, 3 days a week.
3) Tell myself everyday that I am worthy of being healthy and I am worthy of being happy and I am worthy!
