Just wanted to Share week 1 results!
So, I am very thankful for this site. And I get a lot of great tips...so thanks for that! Today was my week 1 weigh in...and I lost 9.5 pounds and my clothes are already feeling much better. The best thing is I dont feel sluggish and yucky like I did when I was eating such high fat, high carb stuff. WOO HOO.....
So, a couple of things I learned.... I still hate water, but tolerate it more and make my self drink it...for my health! and THE SHIRATAKI NOODLES are the worst thing ever...they taste like you are chewing rubberbands...and I am tolerant of most foods, and rinsed and boiled them first. Oh well! Have a great holiday! ![]() |

That is great! I am completing my third week...it hasn't been that bad :-) I am not much a meat-eater (more chips and bread...but I guess that it what got me here to begin with, right?) so the biggest struggle I have is getting all of my lean protein in for the day.
This site is great...everyone seems so supportive! Good luck to you!!! |

Are you folks doing Medifast? The program that can be purchased either online or by "coaches"?? If not, which plans are you doing? I am thinking of doing a Medifast type program because I am a full time student and also work blah blah blah..LOL The portability of the foods is what entices me. Thanks for any info you can give. Hugs!!
