Medical Insurance
Has anyone used or tried to use any type of medical coverage in doing the Medi diet? Does the Medi clinics accept medical insurance since they are doctors? I'd like to try this but it is expensive

They will not file the insurance claims for you, but can provide you with all of the proper codes to file with your insurance company IF it's covered.

You can call your insurance company first. Mine wouldn't cover it, but offered discounts on other programs. I told them thanks but not thanks because I was already using Medi and knew that it worked great for me.

there have been a couple discussions on this board about using your flexible spending accounts (FSA) to pay for this......that's part of what we did......you do have to submit everything yourself. at first some of our's were rejected, but they told us what we needed, so I got that and ended up getting reimbursed.
