Need week 2 grocery shopping advice

So I shop for the week on Sundays, but I go for my first weigh in on wednesday. They wouldn't tell me what to expect for week 2 until I go there. I realize that it really depends on how I do this week 1 and my ketosis levels, etc. But can someone give me an idea of SOME things I can add in? I know not to buy veggies, etc..(well I will but for hubby).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Please take a look at the following thread:

Welcome Newbies! Helpful info for week 1.

There is a shopping list in there that Susie added when we started the thread. You will find so much good information in that thread that will help you through the first weeks of the program.

Hi Monkey ~ non-starchy veggies (NO corn, beans, peas, carrots, things like that) were added into my week 2, as well as some fruits, such as apples, peaches, pears, tomatoes (yes they are a fruit), grapes, etc. NO melon.. they are high in sugar/carbs. My clinic gave me really good handouts for weeks 1 thru 4, as well as other helpful ones later on. See if yours has these.

The Newbie thread has great information and tips for far more than week one...it has great tips for the first few weeks and months of the program as well.

Your clinic has good handouts as well as the online site for the program.

Try the search function as well, a whole lot of questions have been asked and answered in the last couple of years.
