I really enjoy shrimp cocktail! I buy the shrimp from Costco and throw out their sauce. I mix the low sugar/low carb Heinz ketchup with horseradish for the dip and it is delicious! I am in the same boat as you since I mostly eat chicken (week three for me). I will be looking for other ideas, too.
Also, check out the first thread for other ideas for meals on the first week. Week one is not fun at all. However, you will see results if you follow the plan, not too worry! Keep it up! |

What Lara said, shrimp cocktail to the rescue! Also, sautee up maybe a boneless pork chop (3-4 oz.) using a little chicken broth, a few 0 carb seasonings/spices?
