What changes in phase three?
Hi there,
I am currently in phase two and was curious as to what changes in the calories and diet when you move to the next phase? Now 500 calories of protein and one fat and two cups of veggies places me at about 650 calories everyday. How look do you stay in phase 3 before going on to maintanence? Thanks a bunch! |

you stay in the acute phase until you hit your goal weight, then you move into a transition period where they help you increase your calories and figure out what foods work for your body without you gaining weight. Then you hit maintaince.

When you are in the transition phase what do they change your calories to each week and how long are you usually in transition before maintanance? What changes with the current food groups we are already consuming and how many calories do you bump up to? I will not be able to afford the cost to continue so I have no access to this info.

There are three stages to MWL:
Acute Maintenance Wellness Go to the actual MWL website, and you will find more info there as well. Call a MWL clinic and ask for advice. Tell them what your situation is, and ask for advice. They will help you. There is so much information and counsel for this program, that it would be totally impossible to add it all into a thread.
