i'm having a hard time getting all of my calories
i stopped that AP all together, but i am still not hungry. i am only getting about 400-500 calories a day total, including my fruit/veg/healthy fat allowance.
i feel weird forcing myself to eat when i'm just not hungry. today i have had 300 calories of protein and a half of a small tomato and i'm just not hungry. i'm dreading dinner time. what do i do? has anyone else had this problem? i know this is going to mess up my weight loss, but i'm not sure how to fix it. thanks for any advice. |
Eating schedule
I had that problem when I first started. Then I took the advise to each 6 small meals. That means 100 calories of protein at each meal.
I found that I was better at the small meals spaced 3 - 4 hours apart than trying to do two meal. Hope this helps. |
I am terrible with this also, I am the type to wait until 4 PM to try and have my first meal and struggle to eat enough. My weight loss has slowed down recently, and I think that this has something to do with it. I find that my best days are when I make myself a high-calorie protein shake in the AM using the chocolate Medi powder and some PB2....this can easily knock out 200 calories first thing in the morning. At first I would just have whole eggs for breakfast, but my physician got on me about the fat and cholesterol and suggested I do the shakes.
