first week - question
i am on day 5 of the my first week...have been doing great so far. i'm afraid i may have messed up a bit & was wondering if anyone could answer my question. i froze & ate 8 oz of unsweetened almond breeze (trying for a bit of "ice cream"). is that going to throw me out of ketosis? it was 40 calories & 1 carb
