According to my plan, which seems the same as everyone elses, no oils until week 2, and even then its only like 1 Tbsp 3 times per week. There should be a shopping list included in his information, and everything on it (excluding items with an asterisk) is OK. Also, no green onions..no veggies whatsoever in week 1. It's tough! Maybe just some lite soy sauce and a mixture of seasonings? Sodium is a water weight trigger for a lot of us, though : )
This recipe sounds amazing, though! It would be perfect for week 2 and beyond if you used a little bit less oil!!! How sweet of you to plan and cook, I'm trying to get my boyfriend on Medi with me and he won't budge even though I offered to cook all of his meals for him!!
