Day 1, need help already!!

I am going to follow the recommended foods for week 1, but are we suppose to have a protein snack in between? I remember the nurse mentioning having a deli-meat or something like that in between your three meals. But I don't even know how to figure how many calories are in 1 piece of deli-meat....

Welcome I'm new to this forum but not the program. You may want to use your scale along with an on-line calorie counter. I use *********.com and keep an on-line journal. They have a huge database of nutritional data on just about every food you can imagine. Hope that helps and best wishes on your journey to health.

there are websites that will tell you the calories in you food, not sure if we are allowed to list them here
