Day 1, need help already!!
I am going to follow the recommended foods for week 1, but are we suppose to have a protein snack in between? I remember the nurse mentioning having a deli-meat or something like that in between your three meals. But I don't even know how to figure how many calories are in 1 piece of deli-meat....:annoyed:

Welcome:) I'm new to this forum but not the program. You may want to use your scale along with an on-line calorie counter. I use *********.com and keep an on-line journal. They have a huge database of nutritional data on just about every food you can imagine. Hope that helps and best wishes on your journey to health:).
