Flavored Extracts

Does anyone know if it's okay to use Vanilla Extract while on Medi Weight loss? I like Ricotta cheese with splenda and vanilla extract as a snack. Thought I saw in the literature about use of extracts but can't seem to locate it. Thanks

I don't Medi, but of all the extracts, vanilla and maple are the only ones that normally contain sugar. If vanilla is ok, then there would be no logic to banning the sugar free things!

Oh, I reread. I thought you said vanilla WAS ok. You can get carb free vanilla extract, but you have to look around and probably order online.
