first week for medi ?

I hear great this about medi. I canot afford to pay to join now.
Can you share with me how you might spread out the 500 calories lean protein for week one? Do they recommend 3 meals or more? Do I port the proteins just by calories?

On the second week do I just add 1 cup of beg and 1 cup low Carb fruits?

This would so helpful.

Take a look at the following thread. You will find many tips and helpful hints in there. This is a pretty difficult program to do on your own, but it can be done.

Welcome Newbies! Helpful info for week 1.

Thank you Desert Rose. I too am from Arizona scottsdale.

I did check.that out but still did not know what size portions and how many meals the first week. I understand that is lean protein and only 500 cal but what meal amounts are recommended?

Take a look at this thread for what people are eating and how they are exercising.

Energy In (Food) and Energy Out (Exercise)

The Newbie thread would be a good place to ask any further questions you may have about the program. Most of us look at the Newbie thread, and the monthly thread generally. When people start threads of their own, the thread may be ignored only because people just do not have the time to peruse everything in here.

The link I gave you above IS for the Newbie thread. It is, admittedly, a very long thread but chock full of information you will find immensely helpful. This forum IS for MediWeightLoss patients. So you are in the right place.

Here is the link again:

Welcome Newbies! Helpful info for week 1.
