Newbie Question about - Glaceau Zero Vitamin Water?

Hello All,

I'm a newbie and i have a question about - Glaceau Zero Vitamin Water?
It is zero calorie... So I think it is fine...

I'm just concerned about the vitamins? With the standard supplements will I be getting too much vitamins?

It is fine. Any vitamins your body does not use, it gets rid of, so no worries with this one.
