I am new to this forum as well as Medi. I am on my 6th day and have been doing really well. My ketosis levels started at moderate and the past two days they were large and when I took it today it said there was just a trace of ketones. What happened?? I guess I must have eaten something to do this? Does this mean I am completely thrown out of ketosis? I've been pretty good at ready labels and making sure of carbs/cals/fat and I've followed the diet to a T. I am a little worried because I know that the ketosis (especially the first week) is the most important thing for this program to work. Is there something else I should/should not be doing? Any advice is welcome and much appreciated!
